About Sean


Sean Lee is a committed personal trainer with more than 10 years of coaching experience. He works with each client on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. Having a degree in sports science, he believes in training clients with a scientific approach, achieving effective results in a safe and non-injurious way.

Everyone’s body genetics are built differently, so one should not follow a training program blindly.”

Through the years of being an avid cyclist and competitive martial artist, he has encountered several body injuries such as spine and hip injuries. Having personally experienced several sports injuries, and also through studies and research, Sean has gained a wide knowledge of injury rehabilitation and treatment, which he hopes to put to good use by helping more people live a pain-free life!
