Exercise Rehabilitation

Besides helping our clients improve their health and fitness levels, we have the knowledge and skills to help clients with medical conditions such as muscular and joint injuries. “Post rehab clients” are often referred to us from surgeons and physiotherapists, so that we can help to tailor a fitness program to speed up their recovery.


As a sports rehab specialist, what can we do for you?

  • Perform safe and effective assessment of your medical condition
  • Perform musculoskeletal screening
  • Understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the injured client and how you respond to the exercises
  • Document both assessment and training sessions using standardized medical exercise administrative forms

We are committed to helping you manage pain, regain function and mobility, and return you to your fullest level of activity. We will implement a course of treatment that may include strength and conditioning exercises, as well as cutting-edge pain control techniques, posture exercises and balance activities.

Functional Training


Our functional training program is dedicated to improving your ability to function and develop useful strength in daily lifestyle situations, for instance, moving load efficiently without straining your muscles! We will also help you to improve your body awareness and core strength by using REAL-WORLD training movements and equipment (do check out our products listings). So lets get your lifestyle efficiency up with zero injury!

Sports Massage


Sports massage is ideal for treating specific soft tissue injuries and imbalances in the muscles, tendons and ligaments. It’s particularly effective for easing muscular pain, helping clients to heal quicker and function better.

We uses deep tissue acupressure point techniques that is invigorating and strong that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed!

Fat Loss Training


Any successful fat loss/muscle building program is going to take you out of your comfort zone.

Our  workout plan is designed to help you shred fat and gain lean muscle mass. This might sound like hype, but it’s not. Our training program is not easy but is catered to clients from all walks of life and fitness level.

Start slowly, but build rapidly.

Every detail of your diet and exercises for the next 3 months will be laid out for you. You will be told exactly what to eat, how much cardio to do, and how to train safely with various training techniques using all kinds of special equipment, making training fun and enjoyable.

The goal is simple: lose fat, maintain muscle mass and get in shape without injuries!

Flexibility Training

Stretching exercises help to improve flexibility and range of motion in your joints. Better flexibility may improve your performance in physical activities and decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion.

The techniques we use on our clients are Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching and active/passive stretching.
