I have enjoyed training under Clement Tan’s guidance very much. I find him to be very experienced, patient and attentive. He pays attention to all the minute details of how all our muscles should perform during training. He is very knowledgeable about our body and our limits. His sessions are very interesting, well planned and well prepared. He does repeat the same routines. He is also very well-versed in many different new equipments that he brings along himself, thus making the lessons interesting and exciting.
He is friendly, hardworking, careful, conscientious and knowledgeable. I have gained strength and fitness ever since I trained under him. I strongly recommend him to anybody in any condition to take him on as a Personal Trainer and I am certain that everyone will benefit under his guidance.
